Retirement - Elegan Long Distance
Well, idling issue still happening. My mechanic told me that Elley need to be repaired but not at this point of juncture. Elley still can do max 135kmh and the new EO suits her well. Idling problems relates to valve or firing issues or even carburetor which can be rectified later when the problem become too obvious or near severe.
I believe this is due to high RPM as i maintained Elley speed at 120kmh or at 8K rpm almost all the time. The red zone is 9K RPM. So, Elley nearly short of breath and this obviously tired the engine.
Therefore, i am keeping Elley for short to medium distance ride and Blade will take the post of permanent daily long distance runner. I hope Blade could take the stress as i am keeping her constant at 140kmh at 9K rpm with 11K rpm at the danger zone. So, that is 2K rpm near out of breath.
Finger crossed...
