Blade Common Plug Cap Issue

This is the most common things happening to Blade now and i am spared at the moment. So, i think owner should insist a spare plug cap from Naza or Naza should just put this spare plug cap from factory itself.

Imagine this happening to you when you ride on highway or some secluded place?  I will update the pics later.

    saya baru nak beli blade 250r.
    boleh tak saya tahu maintenance schedule naza blade ni mcm mana? saya baru start kerja. gaji pun tak brape besar. saya nak buat budget sblum angkat. brape ringgit patut saya allocate utk service & maintenance motor ni.. Thank You in advance bro :)

    1. Waalaikumusalam bro.

      Setakat 10K KM ni, maintainance cuma basic kepada EO, oil filter, tegangkan rantai dan sembur angin pada air filter. Saya nak tukar plug juga nanti pada next service tapi depends pada coloring kat kepala plug tu.

      Kalau ikut kata Service Center (SC) Naza Seksyen 15 Shah Alam, oil filter depa mintak buat 2 kali EO then baru tukar oil filter. Cara ni pun sama macam Elegan saya. Harga EO Motul 5100 di SC tu RM49 dan Oil filter dlm belasan ringgit. Labor charge pula RM50 (labor free utk 3 kali servis kalu x silap la). So gedebak gedebuk kalau buat servis di SC dlm RM150-160. Tapi depa benarkan kita bawak EO sendiri.

      Kalau buat diluar SC, maka kos boleh dijimatkan hingga RM50. So, saya buat dalam RM100 utk tukar EO (beli Maxoil 4 liter sebotol) dan oil filter.

      Senang nak cerita, sparekanlah dalam RM150 sebulan kalau nak buat di SC. Kalau buat diluar SC, simpan around RM100 sebulan. Tapi jangan lupa yg bab spoket dan tayar belakang (tahan dalam 15-18K KM). Buat saving juga sikit2 ye.

    Naik RPM time idle atau dia melonjak tiba-tiba time bawak specially time nak pulas? If camtu, then itu sign plug cap. Cek sensor juga ye. Jika nak tahu samada engine ada error atau tidak, boleh masuk kat fb group sebab ada kawan kita yang tunjuk camana nak self diagnosed just pakai 2 soket kat bawah seat belakang tu.

    1. Maybe some wiring electrical kot. Anyway bro, boleh join group FB hyosung/Bladers or GGB untuk sifu-sifu kat sana menjawab dengan lebih baik.
